About Jane

Jane Tuv is an award-winning educator, healing arts facilitator, and founder of Good Seams, a creative practice dedicated to connection, reflection, and community-building through immersive arts experiences. Based in New York City, Jane designs and leads workshops, retreats, and team-building gatherings that blend visual art, mindfulness, storytelling, and experiential learning. Her work incorporates modalities such as kintsugi, mosaic, dot mandala, sculpture using upcycled materials, and guided reflection to help individuals and groups slow down, reconnect, and engage more deeply with themselves and one another.

With nearly two decades of experience in education, communications, and community engagement, Jane has partnered with nonprofits, cultural institutions, wellness organizations, schools, retreats, and mission-driven companies across the U.S. and Canada. Before founding Good Seams, she held leadership roles in the Jewish communal world, specializing in innovative program development, outreach, and large-scale experiential events. Earlier in her career, Jane worked in journalism and digital media as an associate news editor at Forbes.com and an editor at Big Think, experiences that continue to shape her approach to storytelling and human connection.

Jane’s facilitation style is known for its warmth, depth, and attention to detail—from thoughtfully curated materials and calming environments to experiences that invite creativity, vulnerability, and meaningful dialogue. Her clients and collaborators have included museums, federations, retreat centers, educational organizations, wellness spaces, and corporate and nonprofit teams seeking authentic connection and renewed inspiration.

A Ukrainian-born immigrant and mother, Jane brings curiosity, tenderness, and a deeply relational approach to every space she holds. She earned an Executive Master’s in Jewish Educational Leadership from Hebrew Union College–JIR and a B.A. in Communications & Media Studies from Fordham University.
